Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 12, 2026

Your privacy is important to us. It is PeakASA's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://PeakASA.com, and other sites we own and operate.

This policy applies to information we collect about you when you use our website or services.

What we collect and why

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. We only collect the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us.

Identity & Access

When you sign up for PeakASA, we ask for identifying information such as your name, email address, and maybe a company name. That's just so we can personalize your new account, and we can send you invoices, updates, or other essential information. We never sell your personal info to third parties, and we won't use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission.

Billing Information

If you sign up for a paid PeakASA account, we ask for your credit card and billing address. That's so we can charge you for service, calculate taxes due, and send you invoices. Your credit card is passed directly to our payment processor and doesn't ever go through our servers. We store a record of the payment transaction, including the last 4 digits of the credit card number, for account history, invoicing, and billing support.

Product Interactions

We store content that you post, upload, or create in your accounts to provide the service to you. This includes your campaign settings, keyword data, and bid rules. We also store data regarding your interactions with the application, such as features used and pages visited, to improve the quality of our service.

Website Interactions

We collect information about your browsing activity for analytics and statistical purposes such as conversion rates and to test new designs. This includes, for example, your browser and operating system versions, your IP address, which web pages you visited, and how long they took to load. We use third-party services (like Google Analytics) to help us analyze this data.

Advertising and Cookies

PeakASA uses cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of our website, and their website access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using PeakASA's websites, with the drawback that certain features of PeakASA's websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies to track usage across other sites.

When we access or share your information

Our default practice is to not access your information. The only times we'll ever access or share your information are:

  • To provide products or services you've requested. We do use some third-party services to run our application (like payment processors and email providers) and only share the necessary information with them.
  • To help you troubleshoot or resolve a software issue. If you email us with a support request, we may need to access your account to help you.
  • To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities. If we suspect fraud or abuse, we may check your account data.
  • When required by law. We will share information when required to comply with a legal obligation, process, or request.

Your rights with respect to your information

You may have heard about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe. PeakASA is committed to respecting your rights under these laws.

  • Right to Know You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold.
  • Right of Access You have the right to access the personal information we gather about you and obtain information about how it is shared, stored, secured, and processed.
  • Right to Erasure You have the right to request, subject to certain exceptions, that your personal information be erased from our possession (also known as the "Right to be Forgotten").
  • Right to Complain You have the right to make a complaint regarding our handling of your personal information with the appropriate supervisory authority.

How we secure your data

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. Data isn't encrypted while it's live in our databases (since it needs to be ready to send to you when you need it), but we go to great lengths to secure your data at rest.

Location of site and data

Our products and other web properties are hosted in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using our websites or services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.

Changes & questions

PeakASA may update this policy once in a while — we'll notify you about significant changes by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
